Running is more than just putting one foot in front of the other. It’s a skill that needs to be trained and worked on, just like anything else in life that you want to improve at.

Our group coaching running sessions focus on posture correction, breathing mechanics, running cadence, foot strike and lower leg positioning.
All aimed at improving your running technique, cardiovascular and aerobic fitness and overall running times.
Weekly sessions include interval training, tempo runs, Fartlek work and endurance distance runs.
