Stef has been my fitness trainer for more than 3 years and before that he trained my daughter and her group of friends when they were in Dubai and expecting their first born.
In fact, it was on their recommendation that I engaged Stef’s services in the first place, and I have never regretted that decision.

I joined Stef’s running club over a year ago! I have been running for a few years and was plagued with little injuries and niggles when doing 10k’s or longer.
Since training with Stef I have been injury free thanks to his knowledgeable warm ups, cool downs and strength training! I have also acheived a few podium places, thanks to Stef’s training.
He never does the same training more than once, each session is different. I have also done some PT sessions with Stef. He makes sure you are doing the excercises properly and he makes training fun and enjoyable. He never under estimates your capabilities! He challenges you and keeps you motivated.

In the past I have been plagued with injuries, usually Achilles injuries.
This year after working with Stef, I have had no injuries, I have achieved personal best times in 10km and half marathon races and had several podium moments. This is due to Stef’s individualised approach, his patience and positivity.
He was flexible when work outs got in the way, which we all appreciated. In one year, we NEVER did the same run workout!!
The strength sessions were innovative and fun and the hour flew by.

Without a doubt Stef is a professional, reliable, understanding and caring Personal Trainer. I stated doing group sessions with him in 2021 with some other new mums during the pandemic. The sessions were good fun and went quickly because Stef ensured each one was a bit different and always stretching. Stef also provided personal support during every session as we each had individual post-natal fitness needs and goals. He also dealt with any health concerns with real emotional intelligence and sensitivity.
After my maternity leave, I had to move to 1-2-1 sessions at my home and Stef showed helpful flexibility by offering early morning starts and differing days depending on my work schedule. I made more progress on a 1-2-1 basis and enjoyed a combination of boxing, strength work and cardio – including circuits with playing cards which were good fun!
